A flexible mentorship model allows the fellow to seek out unusual cases. The programme anticipates approximately 250 primary and 75 revision arthroplasties, 200 rotator-cuff repairs, 50 instability procedures, 5–10 elbow arthroplasties, 20 elbow arthroscopies and 65 other shoulder or elbow cases.
