Clinical exposureStructured national hand-surgery curriculum set by the French College of Hand Surgery Teachers. Year A: fundamentals, flexor/extensor tendons, skin loss, amputation, replantation and flaps, finger fractures and ligament injuries, CRPS, medico-legal session. Year B: vascular acrosyndromes and burns, hand infection, Dupuytren's, inflammatory rheumatism, nerve and plexus pathology, paediatric hand, arthritic hand, wrist and carpus. Validation by written exam, case discussion, a supervised dissertation and a national end-of-course exam.
