Orthopaedic and traumatology specialist (Sp.OT) with a valid specialist STR
At least 2 years' practice as a specialist, certified by the employing hospital
Not over 45 years old at programme start (1 January for even-semester intake, 1 July for odd-semester intake)
ELPT/TOEFL score of at least 500 (Unair Language Centre or recognised institution)
Letter of recommendation from the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Collegium (Kolegium)
SIP (practice permit) at RSUD Dr. Soetomo during training
Certificate from the local IDI branch of no malpractice or ethics violation
Mental evaluation (psychological evaluation, MMPI and interview) by the RSUD Dr. Soetomo Psychiatry Department within the last 6 months, at the applicant's cost
Health certificate and active BPJS health card
Maximum of two application attempts
