  • General medical doctor (Bác sĩ Y đa khoa) meeting one of: an orthopaedic-trauma specialty practising certificate; graduated from or currently in postgraduate orthopaedic-trauma training; or currently working in orthopaedic trauma at their institution

  • Certified copy of Vietnamese citizen ID card (CCCD)
