Clinical exposureFour sub-departments host observers: Spine (over 100 complex spine operations a year, MAGEC and other growing-rod systems, VR planning and navigation), Neuro-orthopaedics, Tumours and Deformities (150–200 benign and 20–30 malignant tumour resections, limb lengthening), and Sports and knee orthopaedics. EPOS programme: observers may watch surgeries, procedures and patient-care routines; EPOS states observerships are observational short visits.
