Clinical / academic eligibility
  • SICOT member with dues paid two years in a row (year of the deadline and the year before)
  • Junior Fellowship: 45 years or under at the start; Senior Fellowship (five places): over 45
  • Five or more years of specialised orthopaedic training
  • Health insurance coverage during the stay
  • Medical check-up before travel including blood tests
  • Priority to candidates who attended a SICOT Congress in the past 4 years; preference to international fellows
Application documents
  • Copy of birth certificate or passport
  • Up-to-date CV with date of birth, logbook, academic and other achievements, professional experience (month and year) and fields of interest
  • Two recommendation letters, one from the current Head of Department, not older than 6 months
  • Document proving English level
