Clinical exposureSemester at an SICM-accredited hand and microsurgery unit: full-time clinical and operative activity recorded in a log-book (minimum 100 hand/microsurgery procedures across the year), a manuscript submitted to the Rivista Italiana di Chirurgia della Mano or Surgeries, and a presentation at the SICM national congress.
