PROGRAM OVERVIEW
What this program offers
Twelve-month senior clinical fellowship in elective shoulder surgery across three consultants at University Hospitals Dorset, with arthroplasty and arthroscopy exposure. Note: Out-of-hours work: the advert's 'Main duties' say there is no out-of-hours on-call commitment and the job description says no on-call duties (additional duties may be offered), but the generic 'About us' text says the post may involve an out-of-hours rota including evenings and weekends. Both are quoted from the same advert. Base: the advert lists Poole Hospital and describes a planned relocation of the service to Poole, while the job description says elective surgery is currently at the Royal Bournemouth site and trauma at Poole; the post may move between sites. Supervisors: the advert names Rob Moverley and Senthil Muthian; the job description lists Richard Hartley, Senthil Muthian and Robert Moverley as the shoulder consultants.
