Clinical exposureSemester at an SICM-accredited hand centre: full-time clinical and surgical activity recorded in a log-book (at least 100 hand/microsurgery procedures across the fellowship year), one manuscript submitted to the Rivista Italiana di Chirurgia della Mano or Surgeries (Hand Surgery and Research section), and a presentation at the SICM national congress. The unit's FESSH training-centre listing names trauma, microsurgery and Dupuytren's disease as interests and lists research, observer attachments (no practising rights) and self-funded fellowships.
