Clinical exposureOne-to-one supervision by Ajay Malviya in a unit performing over 250 hip preservation procedures a year (75–80 PAOs, about 150 hip arthroscopies, about 150 hip arthroplasties); typically 4–6 elective theatre sessions, 2–3 elective clinics and a fracture clinic per week with about 1-in-6 weekday trauma, no out-of-hours on-call. Fellows contribute to Trust and Non-Arthroplasty Hip Registry (NAHR) research.
